we and other queer goddexxess: a digital offering is an intimate virtual space that invites attendees into a conversation with C1 Artist-In-Residence micah rose and co-artist/dramaturg Alison Yueming Qu on rose’s latest script-in-development.
Join us on August 9 at 7pm ET for an interactive digital presentation featuring music, dance, photography, and attendee-engaged prompts that explores the process, influences, and stories in rose’s work, as well as being co-creators to rose’s communal sense-based storytelling. Then, save the date for the C1 Fall Kick Back on September 17 in Brookline’s Larz Anderson Park, where rose will perform the next evolution of the piece!

Curated by C1 Artist in Residence and PlayLab Circuit Flux Lab writer Micah Rose, alongside co-artist/dramaturg Alison Yueming Qu, we and other queer goddexxes is a season-long series of gatherings that will uplift communal storytelling through ritual, memory, solidarity, and action centering Boston’s 2SQTBIPOC (Two Spirit, Queer, Trans, Black, Indigenous, People of Color) communities. we and other queer goddexxes will culminate in a multi-disciplinary performance by Rose in summer 2022.
